Jodi Ceraldi was born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, moved to Hollywood, Florida and later transferred to Atlanta, Georgia. She lived approximately 28 years in each state.  During her working years, she held offices in local organizations, Women Bankers of America, and Daughters of the American Revolution. Her higher education was acquired in Florida, at Broward Community College, Barry University, University of Florida and Nova University After she raised her children, her leisure time was spent hiking, bicycling, and snow skiing. She retired in 1999 and began a career in writing. Her spare time changed from outdoor activities to dancing, so she traded her sneakers for dance boots and developed into a UCWDC country ballroom competitor. In 2017 she joined the American Legion Auxiliary to help the country’s veterans.
